Day 0:
Wednesday, May 13
Arrival for members who come from afar and book accommodation from Wednesday.
Day 1:
Thursday, May 14
Arrival from 09:00
“Skipper meeting” at 10:00 and then departure to Køge Torv
Køge Mayor Ken Kristensen welcomes you to Køge.
City walk under the guidance of Jan Fuglsang who knows everything about the city – to HUGO’s Gård, where there is a light lunch (incl. drinks)
Approx. 13:30 continued city walk to the harbor and BRAUNSTEIN Beer/Whiskey, where there is the possibility of tasting.
At 16:00 we return to the hotel for check-in.
At 17:00 we hold our annual GENERAL ASSEMBLY for the Danish Members.
For those participants who do not wish to participate in the GA, there is the opportunity to visit
Køge Miniby, which is next door to the hotel.
Then there is dinner in their Restaurant (Drinks at your own expense)
DAY 2
Friday, May 15
Departure from the hotel at 09:30 towards the Cold War Museum Stevns Fort
13:00 Lunch at Stevns Klint Experience (incl. drinks)
Opportunity to visit the exhibition.
Then return home with a pit stop at Vallø Castle (if time permits)
18:00: photography and welcome drink
18:30 Gala dinner (incl. drinks)
Approx. 21:30 FESTTRIOEN plays for dancing.
DAY 3:
Saturday, May 16
Breakfast in the restaurant from 07:00-10:00
Practical:
It will be possible to book an extra night at the hotel if you wish.
The latest opportunity to register for this year’s Spring Rally is April 1st at 12 noon.
Registration is only valid when the participation fee has been paid into our account.
If you cancel your registration after this date, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the amounts paid.
